"Can I give less than a star? Pam is such a rude person, condescending, dismissive and lacks couth and communication skills! I left 7 voicemails over a 3 day period before she returned the phone call and she only returned the phone call because I called a neighboring agent. Her husband David is a gem and so kind but she is the worst! She has lost employees over her attitude and has lost 7 customers due to her lack of interaction and professionalism with me! I brought you business and it leaves with me. Self reflection would do you and your business some good and according to the reviews, I am not far off."

"Worst insurance agent I’ve never encountered, and I do mean never. I’ve never officially ever met or spoken to her. I’ve only had encounters With office assistants or her husband. She’s only interacted via text, email, or postal service. They also somehow managed to mix up renter’s insurance that I paid in full online but was contacted by her husband saying that I needed to do the process over again. I was charged an additional $13 and some change saying it would be refunded in which still hasn’t happened. The issue is not the $13, the issue is the lack of communication, or empathy with clients. She may be a wonderful insurance agent but only to a select few. I would not recommend her services to anyone I know. The one star was a courtesy, my actual rating is a 0."

"Pam Burch office may or may not be awesome, I've had very limited contact with them in the nineteen years I've had them. What I can say is over the few times I have called the young lady answering was polite and awesome but the response times were horrible. State farm decided to not renew my policy for "excessive losses" which equates to one claim in 2016 paid out for 5K for a roof was not only a shock but time sensitive. I called the office three weeks prior to my non renew date of April 28th and was told I would be getting a call from Pam "Not my words her representatives words" and I got a call on the 27th stating they "tried" and they won't renew it. I had already switched companies by then and my issue is this. They waited until the day before non Renewal to let me know that it would 100% not be renewed as of they were doing me a favor. Ma'am I should have received that call weeks ago if for no other reason than I've paid nineteen years of policies with your office and since I've having to me on I was a complete after thought. I do not recommend state farm, Birches office might be great overall but again the communication and concern for me was just not shown."

"You don't often think about your insurance agent until you have an event that requires their expertise. Pam Burch has been my isurance agent at State Farm for about five years. I haven't had many incidents where I've needed to tap my coverage over that time, until I recently had my car window broken by vandals. Pam was amazing in setting me up with a local expert, Don Gentry, who made sure my window was fixed fast and fixed right. Pam recommended Don because she really knows the local providers in this area. This was a breath of fresh air because local service has proven to be so much better than national repair chains. Thank you, Pam and Don! You guys are my heroes!"

"I have had other insurance company's before but feel like just another client. Here at Pam Burch State Farm agent they treat me like family and go above and beyond. I could not ask for a better group to handle my insurance and loan needs. Ask for Kevin or Bobby and tell them Terry Watson Sent you. You will not be disappointed I promise. They save me and my entire family money on insurance aswell as gotten us a better loan rate than others on our new car. Awesome group of folks!!"
